Hidden issues (insect damage, weakened fibres, internal pulls) may change the final cost after physical inspection.

Some fabrics require in-person evaluation and cannot be quoted from photos. Ex: Ultra-fine fibers, Lace, Specialty knits, Any fabric with complex structure or transparency.
